Coronavirus Update

Coronavirus Update

Sullivan Supply, like all companies, is concerned with the unprecedented global challenges that we are facing due to Coronavirus. Please be assured that during this time of uncertainty, the health and safety of our employees, our customers and our vendors are our highest priority. We are following the guidelines from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention and U.S. Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health Administration to minimize the risk for exposure to COVID-19 while ensuring continuity of operations.

We understand that the uninterrupted supply of our products and services is critical to your business. We will continue to closely manage our supply chain requirements and work with our suppliers to understand their status. At this time, we do not have any major constraints to our delivery times due to the coronavirus. If we begin to anticipate any delays, it will be clearly communicated when you place the order and any delay encountered after the order is placed will be updated to you as soon as possible.

Our counter service is still open and available for immediate needs. It will be necessary for face coverings to be worn at the service counter. If you do not have a face covering we have them available for a nominal price. We ask you to utilize phone and email to communicate with us as much as possible for the foreseeable future. Our shipping and assembly departments will continue to function as they normally would, but with added measures to avoid unnecessary risk of exposure. We have discontinued our delivery service for the forseeable future. You may pickup your order at our service counter or loading dock or we can ship your order.

These actions will impact the way we conduct business in the next few weeks and months which are necessary for the health of our employees and our customers. We will provide updates as developments unfold.

Thank you for your business! Please be safe and stay healthy.
